As the driving force for technical training for his first full time employer, Rick has been involved for over 30 years beginning with the development and teaching of custom training for support technicians in the late 1970s. Programming and consulting for the real estate industry in the 1980s. He began a full service technical support company in 1990. Certified as a Novell engineer and instructor in 1995 and Microsoft engineer and trainer in 1996. Began working with VMware when first introduced into the Novell training environment.  Rick keeps up with everyday implementation issues by splitting his time equally between consulting with his support staff in the field and teaching. Rick.s practical field experience is combined in the classroom to tie academics to real world experiences for a more complete learning experience.
